Save for related companies of Youngone which includes its associates, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies (as the case may be), Youngone does not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent unless required by applicable laws and regulations, or when requested by an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods set forth in such applicable laws and regulations for the purpose of any investigation.

8. Measures to Ensure theSecurity of Personal Information
In processing your personal information, Youngone takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure security so that your personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged:
a) Technical Measures. We categorize access rights to our personal information processing systems to prevent unauthorized intrusion and leakage. This includes the setting up of intrusion monitoring and blocking systems.
b) Administrative Measures. We require all Youngone executives and employees to comply with their obligations to protect personal information through written statements.
c) Physical Measures. As part of Youngone’s security policies, we designate computer rooms and personal information database processing areas as controlled areas to control and limit access by unauthorized individuals.
